Returns policy

  • Free returns in the EU and UK (Excluding Cyprus, and Malta)
  • Free returns are eligible only with our provided labels or organized returns (We are not able to refund the shipping costs after the return).
  • Buyer has 100 calendar days to return an item from the date he has received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition, that the buyer received it.
  • Item must be in the original packing (factory sealing should not be damaged).
  • If the buyer has received the wrong item or is not in the same condition as we advertise it - we will pay the cost of the return (WORLDWIDE).
  • Special orders and orders for electronic components cannot be returned.
  • When it's not our fault, the return shall be covered by the buyer (Outside of the EU, including Cyprus and Malta).

Warranty policy

Our genuine car parts come with a limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship when installed by a certified technician in an authorized service centre. To make a claim, proof of purchase and installation by a certified technician at an authorized service centre is required (Does not apply to not normal wear and tear). The warranty does not cover damage or defects from misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the part. This warranty overrides all other warranties, express or implied. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on damages, so this may not apply to you. The parts warranty is only valid within the EU. Any parts taken outside the EU are not covered.

IF THE ITEM CAME WITH THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S BOX - PLEASE WRAP IT IN PLASTIC/BAG/WRAPPING PAPER OR ETC. TO BE DAMAGED AS LESS AS POSSIBLE, DURING TRANSIT.
ITEMS RETURNED IN DAMAGED/WRECKED ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGES WILL NOT BE FULLY REFUNDED!
