9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTY POLICY

9.1 RETURNS POLICY Free returns are available within the EU and UK, excluding Cyprus and Malta. To initiate a return, please contact us, and we will provide a return label or arrange the return for you. Free returns are only eligible when using our provided labels or organized return services; we cannot refund shipping costs for returns arranged independently by the buyer.

Buyers have 100 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• The item must be in its original packaging, and factory sealing must not be damaged.

If the buyer receives the wrong item or an item that does not match its advertised condition, we will cover the return shipping costs worldwide.

Special orders and electronic components cannot be returned.

For returns outside the EU (including Cyprus and Malta), the return shipping cost must be covered by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

To ensure a successful return and refund, please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We cannot process refunds for items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging.

If you receive a defective or imperfect part, do not install it. Installing a defective part may void eligibility for return or exchange. Instead, contact us immediately with details and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

9.2 REFUNDS POLICY If the item is returned in its original condition, the buyer will be refunded the full product amount (excluding shipping and handling fees).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the buyer of the refund status. Refunds will be processed immediately upon approval.

If outstanding customs payments (import taxes) are not settled within the required period, the parcel may be destroyed or returned to the sender. Return shipping and related expenses will be deducted from the customer’s order amount, as customs regulations vary by country.

9.3 WARRANTY POLICY Our genuine car parts come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, provided they are installed by a certified technician at an authorized service center. To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase and certified installation is required. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear.

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the part. This warranty supersedes all other express or implied warranties. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on damages, so these terms may not apply in all cases.

This warranty is valid only within the EU. Any parts taken outside the EU are not covered under warranty.
