Warranty & Returns Information
Warranty Conditions
- The products are covered by a 2 (two) year warranty, calculated from the date the Product is delivered (handed over) to you.
- The warranty applies only to original new parts (Products) and does not apply to non-original and/or used Products supplied by the Seller at your request and with your consent.
- Claims regarding defects discovered during the use of the Product can be made within the warranty period. The warranty period is calculated from the date the Product is delivered (handed over) to you.
- The warranty is void if defects arise due to reasons not attributable to the Seller or the Product manufacturer, such as improper use, accidents, installation not following the manufacturer’s requirements, chemical exposure, and similar causes.
- The Seller or manufacturer is not responsible for defects, damage, or other faults resulting from storage, operation, installation, or use of the Product contrary to the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
- The warranty does not apply to Products that are subject to increased wear and tear (e.g., tires, glass, brake pads) and become unusable due to intensive use.
- The warranty is void if the Product was installed in a service center not authorized by the manufacturer and without installation documentation.
Return and Replacement
If you discover that the product is of unsatisfactory quality or has defects upon delivery, you must notify the Seller within 24 hours and before the product is installed (used).
Defects Identified Upon Delivery of the Product:
- The order number and product (part) code
- Photos of the defective product showing the defects
- If delivered by courier: photos of the original packaging (one must show the product number)
- Photos of the shipment packaging (one must show the shipment number)
- The purchase confirmation document (invoice)
Electronic Products
Accepted for return only if a manufacturer-authorized service center confirms the defect in writing.
Once the return is confirmed, a return label and form will be sent. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging within 5 working days.
Return of Defective Products
You can choose between a full refund or a replacement product. The Seller covers return and shipping costs for confirmed defective products.
Defective or Damaged Products
Products with visible defects must not be used or installed. Report any issues before installation. The Seller is not liable for installed defective items if reported too late.
Non-returnable Products
Products in good condition and without defects cannot be returned or exchanged. Products cannot be returned after the warranty period ends.
